There are over the counter medicines that may work. If the
symptons are very bad, you might want to consider a short
term hrt--which is only taken for 10 days a month, for 4 or
5 months. I only had to take the drug one month and it did the
job for me. Havent had any symptons in over 5 months now.
But it is best to talk to your doctor about hormone replacement
therapy.

My best friend's family is all on the Atkins diet, and

No carb diets are not healthy. All it does is remove water
weight and muscle no fat, so you lose weight but become very
